- Theft, loss, or damage caused by external events (fire, flood).
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised technicians.
- Accidental damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
How to claim warranty
- Contact us at service@vdalph.com or call 90004 00001.
- Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
- Device will be inspected at our Hyderabad service centre, or we can arrange pickup for your convenience.
- Repair or replacement will be completed within 10 business days of receiving the device.
