Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • In original, unaltered condition — no signs of use, scratches, or damage inflicted after delivery.
  • All accessories included: charger, box, manuals, and any bundled items.
  • Original packaging intact and undamaged.
  • Not physically damaged, water-exposed, or modified after delivery.

How to initiate a return

  • Email returns@vdalph.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our returns team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
  • Pickup is arranged at no charge to you for quality-related issues; change-of-mind returns may incur a courier fee.
  • Once received, inspection takes 3–5 business days before a refund decision is communicated.

Refund timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking).
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to your registered account.

Non-returnable items

  • Customised or configure-to-order laptops built to your specification.
  • Bulk orders executed under a signed purchase agreement.
  • Software licences and digital products.
  • Consumables such as thermal paste, cleaning kits, and cables.

Exceptions

  • Manufacturer defects: Devices with confirmed manufacturing defects are handled under warranty — we offer a replacement or repair, not a refund, unless a replacement cannot be provided.
  • Damaged on delivery: If your device arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with photographs. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost after verification.
